Groundbreaking Celebrated at Three New Outpatient Facilities in Kentucky

OWENSBORO, Ky. — Owensboro Health and Los Angeles-based CBRE Healthcare recently broke ground on June 28 at three of Kentucky’s state-of-the-art One Healthplex outpatient facilities in Henderson, Madisonville and Muhlenberg.

The three-project plan is expected to cost $65 million and will be completed over the next 18 months. Some of the buildings in the plan will exceed 40,000 square feet and will offer urgent care, specialty services, outpatient testing, patient education and wellness care.

The projects are broken down into four phases:
• Phase I: Project Launch
• Phase II: Design and Preconstruction
• Phase III: Construction and Occupancy
• Phase IV: Post Occupancy and Close-Out

The overall program schedule targets completion of all projects by the end of December 2017, according to a statement by CBRE.
