Gary Hamilton
Gary Hamilton is a new senior vice president and healthcare leader in the Arlington, Va., buildings practice of WSP USA, formerly WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, an engineering and professional services consultancy. In his new position, Hamilton is responsible for leading the healthcare team in the Arlington office and responsible for client relations in the Northeast. He has more than 21 years of experience in design and project management. He is a well-published author and a thought leader in the healthcare industry and was elevated to the senior status of the American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE) in 2015. Prior to joining WSP, he was the national engineering healthcare leader for SmithGroupJJR. Hamilton received a master of energy engineering from South Bank University in London and a bachelor of civil engineering from the University of the West Indies in Trinidad. He is a registered professional engineer in Maryland and Washington, D.C., as well as a certified commissioning authority (CxA) and is a LEED AP BD+C.
