Tara Brown
HMC Architects recently announced that Tara Brown has joined the firm’s healthcare practice to bolster its growth and expertise in the southwestern region of the U.S.
Serving as principal-in-charge, Brown brings a wealth of industry-leading experience and a skillset rooted in strategic planning, leading big room project teams, and genuine knowledge of healthcare clients’ key drivers and business challenges.
Located in HMC’s Phoenix office, Brown will be instrumental in serving and growing the firm’s healthcare client base through her leadership experience and intuitive understanding of the challenges healthcare clients face. As a client’s trusted advisor, she has mastered the unique art of converting business strategy to design tactics—delivering stellar work that supports her clients’ missions.
Brown received a master’s degree in Architecture from Yale University and a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Since then, she has worked on a wide variety of healthcare projects from small renovations to mid- and large-sized hospitals.
