Marcia Musico

Marcia Musico has joined HGA as an Associate Vice President and regional Business Developer for the Mid-Atlantic Healthcare practice based in Washington, D.C. She will partner with local and national leadership to expand the office’s healthcare presence throughout the region, cultivating new relationships and supporting existing clients.

Musico brings more than 30 years of business development, marketing, and strategic planning expertise, primarily focused on the healthcare market.

Throughout her career, she has grown market share and profitability for several national-level architecture, engineering, and construction firms. Her first-hand knowledge of capital and project delivery challenges impacting the healthcare industry enables her to align design expertise with client needs and anticipate market changes.

Musico is a 2023 Board Member and Director of National Sponsorship for the Association of Medical Facility Professionals, a non-profit organization focused on healthcare strategies in real estate and patient care. She is a LEED Green Associate.
