Matt Lafflam
Global design firm Stantec recently added Matt Lafflam to the firm as a healthcare principal architect in Phoenix; he will help to provide a full-spectrum healthcare practice in the greater Southwest region.
Lafflam will use his 25 years of experience to focus on the delivery of large, complex projects. He has provided critical leadership and creative solutions for healthcare clients in Arizona and the region for most of his career. Lafflam has experience leading and managing integrated lean project processes, including project pursuit, design leadership, client and contractor relations, cost evaluation, and regulatory compliance.
Recently, Lafflam has led major projects for multiple healthcare providers, including Banner Health, Dignity Health, and Honor Health. Lafflam, a University of Arizona graduate with bachelor’s and master’s degrees, is a registered architect in Arizona, Colorado, and Nevada. He is active in the Lean Construction Institute (LCI), and the Central Arizona Society for Healthcare Engineering (CASHE).
