Noel Bryan

HGA has hired V. Noel Bryan, AIA, NCARB, as Associate Vice President and Operations Manager serving the firm’s four California offices. In this newly created position, Bryan will work across offices to streamline operations and professional design services to efficiently meet growing client needs in the healthcare, higher education, corporate and public market sectors. Bryan has more than 20 years’ experience as an architect, business developer, financial manager and operations manager with national architecture and business-consulting firms. His expertise includes team management, market research, brand positioning, and new services delivery.

Before joining HGA, he was a Principal and Chief Financial Officer with Gravity Tank, Inc. in Chicago, where he led operations, finance, legal, information technology and human resources for the business consulting group. Previously, he was Vice President and Office Director of SmithGroupJJR in Chicago, where he developed new business opportunities and operational processes to increase the architecture firm’s market. Among the high-profile clients he brought to the office were Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, Argonne National Laboratory, and OSF Saint Francis Medical Center. Bryan has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Architecture from Illinois Institute of Technology. He is a licensed professional architect.
