Michael Levendusky
Taylor Design, an employee-owned architectural, interior design and design strategy firm, recently announced that Michael Levendusky, AIA, LEED AP, has joined the firm as Design Director.
With over 30 years of experience, Levendusky’s work encompasses extensive healthcare, corporate, science and technology, civic and residential projects of all sizes and scopes. He led the design for Illumina’s campus master plan in San Diego, California, and his master planning work has shaped the environment of multiple projects for the Department of Veteran’s Affairs. This includes VA West Los Angeles, and new buildings at VA Long Beach. Levendusky was also instrumental in the design of Cedars-Sinai Advanced Health Sciences Pavilion and the Martin Luther King, Jr. Behavioral Health Center, both in Los Angeles, California.
Levendusky welcomes the opportunity to solve complex problems and enjoys working with a team of experts focused on a collective vision, and who can navigate complexity while also energetically envisioning and implementing innovative solutions. His passion for healthcare design is to motivate and guide teams to create extraordinary healing environments that fulfill client goals and contribute to the larger community.
Levendusky was previously a Principal/Senior Architectural Project Designer for HOK in Los Angeles, CA. He earned a Masters of Architecture from Yale University School of Architecture, and is a registered architect in California and LEED AP certified.
