Tandus has created a large-scale patterned floor covering designed specifically for schools and facilities with wide hallways. It is available in 6-foot Powerbond and monolithic tile in 18-inch x 18-inch and 36-inch x 36-inch sizes.

The product is 75 percent solution-dyed and 25 percent yarn-dyed, and is made with a minimum of 31 percent overall recycled content. Available in seven color variations, it is constructed of Stratatec patterned loop.

The Motivo Collection by Lees Carpets offers five coordinating patterns for heavy-use interiors, including health care facilities. The collection features broadloom and modular products in a 14-color-palette range of pattern sizes, going from classic, neutral tones to rich, saturated colors. The carpets use stain-resistant dye technology integrated into the carpet fiber to provide permanent stain and fade resistance.

Milliken’s new Sense carpet meets many of the tests necessary for implementation in the modern health care setting.
