Tim Spence
Tim Spence, AIA, ACHA, national healing market leader of BSA LifeStructures, has been named the firm’s next president. Spence, who also serves on BSA’s board of directors, will work directly with other members of BSA’s leadership team to lead the national architecture, engineering, interior design, and planning firm.
Tim has more than 25 years of experience and is a registered architect in Colorado, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Florida. His facility designs have been recognized throughout business communities, and his writings and lectures have led him to become an established thought leader in the healthcare design industry. Spence is a board-certified architect through the American College of Healthcare Architects and an active member of the American Institute of Architects. He earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Southern California in 1994.
